How to make the perfect Neapolitan Style Pizza at home with only a 10” or 12” skillet and oven!

Turn broiler on high to preheat oven

1. Use the 00 flour to create a well-floured surface ready for your dough.

2. Take the dough balls and, starting in the middle, press them out using the tips of your fingers - 10" for a thicker crust, 12" for a thinner. Leave about 2 fingers width for the crust.

Lay a pizza base flat in a dry skillet (preferrably non-stick, this is our favorite)Careful - pan will be HOT!!

4. Spread on a thin layer of sauce, leaving about an inch around the edge for your crust.  Add Sauce, Olive Oil, Parmesan and Mozzarella in that order.  If you have any extra toppings, add them too!

Once the bottom of the pizza has browned (aboust 2-3 minutes) take the frying pan and place it on the highest rack, directly under the broiler.

Every oven is different, so keep an eye on your pizza.  It should only take another minute or two to brown the crust and your pizza will be ready to enjoy!
